I hired Loose Cannon to do a custom paint job for my motorcycle. The gas tank, the oil tank, the rear fender and my helmet. I dropped those items to them on June 28th 2019 on a agreed amount of 1.200, there wasn't a real date of completion set as I told him I'd rather have him take his time so the paint job would be grate instead of looking rushed. With phone calls, and me dropping by their shop the work still hasn't been completed. I called again on 9-9-19 and their office manager Mandi said it will be done this Friday, this is the 4th time I've been told through out these last 2+ months it will be completed this Friday. I gave them 800.00 down to get the work started and it's going on 3 months. I was able to receive the back fender the last week of Aug but that's all. I feel I'm getting the run around with no clear answer from them on when will they be finished, I'm always told,, it will be done this Friday. Can You Please help me,,,PLEASE. Thank You

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

On Friday, September 13th, the customer picked up all his parts except his helmet.
As you can see by the picture, it's a complex paint job. In these circumstances, we can only esti***e an ETA, not promise one due to unforeseen circumstances that come with working on complex, custom designs. It's more like artwork, as you can see, than a "paint job". We try our best to accomodate any timelines a customer has, but are very up front on drop off, that we CAN NOT give a concrete ETA. The customer stated himself he did not want the job rushed, but then set a deadline that was never agreed on by us. We do apologize for the job going long, but communicated the best we could on the project. The customer seemed very happy after picking up his parts.
