[redacted] ,Thank you for your complaintI appreciate criticism when issues are not handled properly and will keep this in mind with day-to-day operations in the futureHowever, there are multiple statements you have made and I would like to clear those up below:You were never charged by meNot even a service callThere was never a check written, a credit card charged, or cash givenYou have an extended warranty that paid for this repairTo my knowledge, I never received any requests for a receiptThere is nothing to hide and I would have given it to you if askedYou would not see any charges, however, because I never billed you anything. You are correct in stating there were no parts used, when we discussed this over the phone I agreed with youYou were not told, by me, there was nothing that could be doneIn fact, I told you I would do everything I could to correct the issue with the extended warranty company. We have spoken over the phone twice and I left you a message stating to call the warranty company directly as the issue was fixed on their endThe date of the service was 11/26/16, not 02/10/2017.With that that in mind, communication with the issue should have been clearer on my endI do not like the way you perceive myself or my company due to essentially not keeping you fully updated on what I was doing to correct the issueFinally, since I never billed or collected anything from you, it really is the responsibility of the extended warranty company to offer your compensationHowever, I do not deal with them anymore due to issues similar to this occurringI do feel somewhat obligated to correct this as the mistake was ultimately on my end, so I will be sending a check the day I send this letter out. Thanks,Charles H [redacted]

[redacted],Thank you for your complaint. I appreciate criticism when issues are not handled properly and will keep this in mind with day-to-day operations in the future. However, there are multiple false statements you have made and I would like to clear those up below:You were never charged by me. Not...

even a service call. There was never a check written, a credit card charged, or cash given. You have an extended warranty that paid for this repair. To my knowledge, I never received any requests for a receipt. There is nothing to hide and I would have given it to you if asked. You would not see any charges, however, because I never billed you anything. You are correct in stating there were no parts used, when we discussed this over the phone I agreed with you. You were not told, by me, there was nothing that could be done. I do not like the way you perceive myself or my company due to essentially not keeping you fully updated on what I was doing to correct the issue. Finally, since I never billed or collected anything from you, it really is the responsibility of the extended warranty company to offer your compensation. However, I do not deal with them anymore due to issues similar to this occurring. I do feel somewhat obligated to correct this as the mistake was ultimately on my end, so I will be sending a check the day I send this letter out. Thanks,Charles H[redacted]

Review: APERTURE WAS CONTACTED RE FIXING A 4 YEAR OLD WASHER. EMPLOYEE CAME TO THE HOUSE. WAS THERE APRROX 20 MIN. HANDED ME A FILTER/TOLD ME TO RINSE IT OUT AND THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. I ATTEMPTED TO DO LAUNDRY. THE ALERT LIGHTS WENT OUT. WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR WATER FLOODED MY BASEMENT AREA. APERTURE NOTIFIED. STATED HE KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS- A $50 PART. HE WOULD BE BACK ON MONDAY.

ON MONDAY, HE CAME, WAS UNABLE TO FIX, BROUGHT THE WRONG PART. SHUT MY WATER OFF AND STATED YOU HAVE A BAD WATER VALVE. APERTURE EMPLOYEE DID NOT HAVE CORRECT PART AGAIN, STATED HE WOULD BE BACK. LEFT MY WATER SHUT OFF THEN NEVER RETURNED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS. NO RETURN CALLS TO

SETTLE THIS PROBLEM. WHEN APERTURE WAS CALLED FROM ANOTHER NUMBER HE FINALLY ANSWERED-HAD NOT A CLUE WHO I WAS-WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS-HAD TO LOOK THIINGS UP-RUDE- THEN STATED "OH YEAH" THAT PART IS ON BACK ORDER. IT WILL BE IN TOMORROW. I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN I WILL BE OUT. WEEKS LATER-NO RETURN VISIT--

NO PHONE CALL TO EVEN DISCUSS RETURN VISIT. MY WATER IS STILL SHUT OFF AND MY WASHER IS STILL NOT WORKING. THIS LEADS ME TO STATE THAT HIS BUSINESS CARD IS FALSE ADVERTISING BEING HE STATES HE IS AN EXPERT APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE.Desired Settlement: I DO NOT WANT A BILL FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO CORRECT AND COMPLETE THE JOB HE LEFT UNFINISHED. I DO, HOWEVER, WISH THAT THIS COMPANY BE LISTED AS A POOR CHOICE FOR ANY APPLIANCE SERVICE JOB DUE TO LACK OF RESPONSE, NO FOLLOW THROUGH, INCOMPLETE WORK. WEEKS OF WASTED TIME. I HAVE SPENT MORE MONEY AT THE LAUNDRY MAT WAITING FOR THIS EXPERT APPLIANCE COMPANY TO FIX MY WASHER THEN I WOULDVE PAID A RESPECTABLE RELIABLE COMPANY. I JUST FEEL I WAS SCAMMED AND PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW.
