This person who complained is not the person who purchased the carWe had been trying to call the buyer and all we got is the person who filed the complaintThis person came down with a friend who was threatening and using profanityWe did brakes front and back and the actual buyer is happy, but this is not the person who purchased the vehicleShe is not on the purchase and salesI am sending in the paperwork to you
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowHe is correct I am not the owner because I bought the vehicle for my mother and the reason I had to get involved because like I stated I have never met a more rude, arrogant, disrespectful business owner in all my dealings He did fix the rear brakes right at the beginning because of the poor state they were in (no pads) but the front brakes he refused to fix stating "that is not his problem" "he did the rear brakes out of the goodness of his heart" No that is not the case.We had to bring the vehicle to a mechanic shop to have it looked at once again and then a letter written stating how poor the front brakes were I had my mother take that to him and on that day he threw her off his property and told her not to come back to his business. So that is when I needed to get involved and yes I went to his business with someone else because I was not going to deal with such a rude individual The profanity didn't start till he started yelling that he was not going to fix it and once again to get off his property I stated to him that if he does not fix it I will leave the vehicle in his lot and he will give me my money back and his words were "you are getting nothing, and I will push that vehicle in the street" We ended up leaving the property because we knew we were getting nowhere with this individual (owner). That is when I contacted the Revdex.com.I would say three to four days after the incident on his property we did receive a call from the Mechanic of the dealership, not the Owner Stating he would like my mom to bring in the car so he could do the brakes no charge he wanted to fix them for her I stated to him that I do not want my mother anywhere near the owner, [redacted] and he stated to me that he would not be thereSo yes the brakes were corrected after complaints and aggravation and stress on my mother which was not called for Regards, [redacted] ***
