Apartment People - River North

I had an amazingly great experience with Apartment People! They helped me through the process of finding my first apartment ever in Chicago. From the moment that I was contacted by Shilan (An Agent from Apartment People) contacted me, to the moment that we applied for the apartment that we liked, I felt as if I had someone guiding me through the whole process. Shilan is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! She was very good at finding the places that fit all the categories that we had told her we wanted in our apartment, and she made several appointments at great places on the day that she took us around the city to check them out. She was not only great at connecting us with the different building staff/owners, but also she was excellent at giving us advice on what was a good deal and what wasn't. Furthermore, she told us many things about the different areas that we visited, and made sure that we had all of the information that we needed before making a final decision. Once we actually applied for a place that we liked, Shilan was great at checking on us and making sure that we were having a smooth process.
