Hello,We have fully refunded customers membership payment as soon as we got this complain.When this customer contacted us and left the message he was not explicit that he wanted refund, he only wanted cancel his account, therefore we did not refund him right away.However we always encourage our
customers to contact us and ask full refund if they are not satisfied with their search results and we always try to help our customers firstBut because of the nature of this market we are not always able to provide good vacancies by the customer criteria in certain areas and then we fully refund them.Thank You

property management company as well as the largest prepaid rental
listing service.
Our Sites hosts one of the largest California...

New York Tri-State and other states area rental listings with more
than 90,000 unique listings of Apartments, Condos, Houses,
Duplexes/Triplexes and Townhouses, refreshed daily.
We own and
represent unique smaller properties throughout California and other
states.
We are prepaid rental listing service meaning our
customers must join our website to access all our listings contacts
and exact street address. Then our customers can call the landlord
directly and schedule the appointment. We are licensed by California
Department of Real Estate. Our services one time fee is $49 good for
30 days, during which any of our members are entitled to full refund
if we fail delivering information about the rental properties.
We
have customers support that answer all email inquiries including all
phone calls that goes to our ticketing system and are answered by our
live representative.
 
Our company operates for more than 15
years and we have been working by this business model all the time.
We do not force any customer to join, however we have thousands of
new happy customers joining each month.
 
If by any means any of our customers is
not successful to find a reasonable rental property in 3 to 5 days,
we always offer them a full refund.

availability, address etc.All our services for landlords are free and any landlord or management company can post as many listings as they wants for free. Our goal is to help landlords and management companies by providing them with significant list of potential and good quality tenants.We do have fraud prevention team that review listings and detect fraud or inaccurate postings on daily basis however by the nature of this market, it is impossible to keep 100% fully checked inventory.We do investigate each and every complain for our listings quality and we always value any member or guest feedbacks, however we have never received any complain before from the client that would have immediately fix the problem.We want to confirm that we have removed the listings immediately after we received a complaint. The listings will also be automatically removed from our partner websites within 72 hours. Additionally we would also like to disagree with the stated claim that we require people to pay the fee for your services. We assure you that anyone can visit our website and make unlimited number of searches absolutely for free. Any guest is able access live support and our agent’s full services for no charge at all. Anyone can become a member for free for a few days where they will be able to access all premium membership features and services, including contacting any landlord or management company, scheduling a showing and renting a place. They can cancel membership at any time and no charges or extra fees occur. The customer [redacted] did register on Apartment Hunters Inc. a prepaid rental listing
information service on 07/07/2015, by choosing the "$49
membership plan", applying $10 discount coupon for the first
month and paying $39 using credit card (number: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-[redacted],
expiration...

date: XX-XXX, cvv: XXX).
As
an additional optional service, customer did choose a free optional
service for the company to renew his membership each time it expires.
The
customer has the right to choose or not to choose this additional
optional service at the time of registration and to cancel it any
time by contacting us. The ability to contact us is described in the
website "Contact Us" page and it can be done by a phone
call or live-chat, an email and or submitting a ticket or any other
form, any time, any day.
Customers
"$49 membership plan with $10 discount for first month"
expired after 30 days and we did renew the membership because he
requested this additional service during the time of registration. We
renewed his "$49 membership plan" by charging $49.00 for
additional 30 days each additional month for the active membership
period.
 
First
time customer have successfully contacted us directly on 07/07/15,
right after registration for search help by a phone call and on a
live-chat, which customer received immediately.
After
that, our system automatically renewed customers account several
times till cancellation.
Before
that customer did not contact us in any way (phone call, email, by
submitting a ticket or any other form) with intends to cancel all or
part of his chosen services which, he has the right to do at any
time. By which the company did not have the right not to continue
providing all primary and additional services (as agreement was done
between customer [redacted] and the company Apartment Hunters
Inc. during registration process and was approved by the customer).
 
Customers
“$49 membership plan” was terminated immediately after customer
contacted us on 12/14/15 10:25 AM.
Immediately
after “$49 membership plan” termination customer was refunded for
the last 2 months of total $98.
We
also have sent refund confirmation to customers voice mail, text
message and email address. Since now, we did not receive any response
from the customer about his account cancellation and 2 months
refunds.
 
By
the agreement, we had the right not to refund him at all, because
customer never contacted us before to cancel it and we continued
providing him our services (daily emails with his favorite rental
search results, etc.), however we still chose to refund last 2 month
renewal transactions.
