Apartment Guys LLC

I moved to Chicago from Denver last month and was not very familiar with Chicago and its many neighborhoods. I had to search for an apartment remotely, so I reached out to Apartment Guys to assist me with my search. I was paired up with Rick, an experienced agent who was very pleasant to work with. I told Rick that I was nervous about only having one Saturday in town to dedicate to the search and he assured me that we would be able to find a place without issue. He also sent me a ton of [redacted] listings ahead of time to ensure that him and I were on the same page with my expectations and preferences. When I got to Chicago, he dedicated an entire afternoon and took me to seven great places that were all within the budget I specified. One of the places I absolutely loved and I signed a lease that day. I've now been living there a month and am so glad that Rick found that place for me. It was much easier using Apartment Guys than searching by myself. I highly recommend this service!
