Review: I was supposed to have 2 full seasoned chords of wood delivered under A&E firewood, phone number ###-###-####, name [redacted]. He assured me the wood was well seasoned and would be full chords. I asked what happened if it wasn't? He said I should just call and he will make it right because he depended on repeat business. I took delivery of some wood on 11/**/14. I paid the driver $400 cash as I was told cash only. After stacking it, it was CLEAR it was barely a chord. I called the number on the refrigerator magnet I was given and left at least a dozen messages, no call back. Then I called again and the number was disconnected. I have pictures of the truck at delivery and the license plate. I got the address of the license plate and it is registered to AP Landscaping. On the door of the truck is the name AP Landscaping, phone number ###-###-####. Owned by an [redacted] The same man the failed to deliver the amount of wood and the type of wood. I called the number on the side of the truck a few times, left one message, and again, no call back. I have pictures and phone records if needed as proof that it is him and what we got.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. I barely got half of what I paid for and what I did get was NOT seasoned wood. Therefore I did not get what I paid for. He is welcome to come get his wood back. I want a full refund.There are other people I have been in contact with through [redacted] that also did not get what they paid for and were shorted.I will file a lawsuit if I have to. I thought this would be a better place to start.
