Anytime Restoration

I called Anytime Restoration to remove soot from sprayed ceiling and walls papered with heavy duty wallpaper Mark responded quickly and actually pulled Trevor and (can't remember the 2nd tech's name) off of another job to come to my home as Mark understood quick service was needed because the house was going on the market I really appreciated the positive response Mark used a dry sponge on a small section of the ceiling and different was remarkable....the ceiling section was very clean The trouble began when the crew arrived and performed the work The soot did not get removed The soot was swirled around and appeared smeared and very streaked The crew started to pack up to leave after only minutes which seemed a pretty high hourly rate when the fee quoted was $ I would have paid the $for the quick response and clean walls and ceiling But the ceiling and walls looked worse when they were "done" So the crew came back in to start again The walls

Worst company in MN They lie and overcharge their customersThey have several complaints against them, and they don't have a licencie to do any restoration work

The team at Anytime Restoration were extremely professional and thorough during an extremely challenging timeThe services they provided were excellent and we would definitely use them again

Terrible company
At first they promised everything would be fixed ASAPAnd they did a great job on the removal of the damageBut once the money came in they said they wouldn’t do anymore work until I signed over the full amount of the check
Once I did, communication stopped and In months of me trying to get them to come and finish the work they still won’t The only thing they’ve done in months was install a small amount of carpet
Since then I’ve been asking them to give me the insurance check back so I can find someone else to work on itBut they are still not responding
Stay away from this company at all costs!

Anytime Restoration and owner Verdean L*** were great to work with until they owed me money I called Verdean on the day my house flooded and he was there quickly and was extremely helpful His team was quick to pack up my things and move them leaving me the ability to deal with other factors Everything was great, until their company was broken into and some of my personal belongings (in their storage) were stolen I was assured that I would be getting new TVs to replace my stolen TVs When it came time to move back into my home and I was inquiring about the TVs, no one would give me a straight answer In fact, they stopped returning my phone calls and emails My husband and I had to resort to calling and emailing them daily in order to get a response We even drove out to their business site in order to get a response Unfortunately, we went over a month in our house before they purchased the first TV for us They kept the receipt and instead gave me a gift receipt A few weeks later, they finally purchased our second TV They never gave us a receipt (gift or other) despite numerous requests for it It took them a few more months to finally write us a check for my other missing items This was only after we called and emailed frequently to get them to comply (I have counted emails to their company regarding getting our items replaced) I have never had so much difficulty and frustration in my life in working with a company I would NEVER work with them again I would NEVER allow anyone I know to use them DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY FRUSTRATION AND UNANSWERED CALLS/EMAILS!
