Anytime Fitness of Twin Falls and Burley Idaho

Hello,
I was overcharged on my gym bill in the amount of $52.34 and $50.27. I have been charged twice monthly for my membership, which I also have some confusion about as my contract states $32.34 a month and I contacted Anytime Fitness Twin Falls to inquire on the mischarge. When asked all the employee could tell me is that it was "a service charge" but could provide no other information to me. I asked how I could cancel my membership if I was going to be charged for things that they could not even explain to me and the employee stated "you die or you move". I was shocked and upset and when asked further questions the employee said he would pass my information on to the owner and have her contact me. I have waited and still have heard nothing. I have continued to be charged while they are currently closed, as well, with an email explanation of: "We are an independently owned and operated small business with local owners that depends on you, our community, to keep our doors open and support our dedicated staff. Moving forward, we ask that if you have the means, stand by us as we navigate through this confusing and difficult time. By allowing your membership to bill as usual, you will be doing your part to make sure that our doors stay open to serve the community for years to come."
At this point I would just like to be refunded the two months of charges with no services provided and for my membership to be cancelled and the service contract ended. Thank you.
