Any Lab Test Now in Nashville is wonderful. I was assisted by Latonya who gave me a very kind and gracious welcome. She was prepared to do a repeat test ordered by my test laboratory, due to an issue on my part. She made the necessary calls to the requesting laboratory to confirm all requirements were met. When she drew my blood, I could hardly feel it! She was very professional and caring, and she went the extra mile by following up with a phone call. I will return for all my future lab testing. I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now and ask for Latonya!

per my employer I was scheduled today for an employment uri went to the address east baseline rd, suite c I arrived at the facility around 12:pm on 01/31/ there was on representative working at the timemy girlfriend valentina also came along with me and she can attest to how she was treating everyone in the facility, it wasnt professional and it isnt how youre supposed to treat customersI provided the specimen for the representative and immediately after I hand her my specimenshe says outloud for everyone in her office that its fake urine or synthetic urine, but she never did any testingthe only thing she did was just looked at the specimen and said it was fake now I called their number to complain how they treated and the rep just transferred me back to the storei talked with the manager at the store who stated that my specimen was suspicious I asked what was suspicious about my specimen and she couldnt give me any reason why she couldnt take it and why my specimen was suspicousafter researching online I found another incident that was nearly the same to my ownseems to be fairly common practice for any lab test now to attack their customers by singling someone out and to act in an unprofessional mannershe never checked the sample I provided and she never used any testing to prove that it was synthetic urinei also asked if she could tell me chemically what urine was and unfortunately no answer, but theyre the experts on urine I thought

If you expect to receive basic levels of customer service or any respect whatsoever, TURN AROUND and go to another labI cannot express the level of dissatisfaction I have with this labI'm almost speechlessThe accusations of not providing a legitimate sample, on top of the disregard for patient privacy and letting everyone in the waiting room know the patient's business, should have been enough for management to careNot here! If you want to be treated like scumgoo in here when [redacted] is working ! No greeting very abrasive (I guess he thinks he's a drill SGT) really don't know what credentials he has to draw your blood or give you an injection (nothing posted anywhere) and most important if you want to be treated friendly or with compassion stay away from this " So called health care professional) the other young lady that works there could teach [redacted] a few things!
