Anvil

I consigned handmade jewelery to the Anvil gallery for sale in 11/2012. I was paid for sales in 12/2012, and again in 6/2013. I consigned additional jewelry to the Anvil gallery in 9/2013. I picked up my jewelry from the Anvil gallery in 6/2014 and found 8 items unaccounted for that [redacted], the owner, indicated had been sold. I have not received payment for these items to date even though I have send monthly invoices. I have tried calling the gallery to find out why I was not being paid and went to phonemail. At this time the gallery owes me for the sale of $478 worth of items, minus their %50 commission, or $234.00.Desired SettlementI would like a payment of $234.00 from the Anvil gallery immediately.

I consigned work with [redacted] of Anvil Gallery on March 2, 2013. She carried that work, and additional work, through the Christmas season of 2013. She told me she had sold some pieces, but she never sent a check. I repeatedly sent e-mails, called, sent [redacted] message - and she would not pay. I finally picked up my remaining work, and she insisted she had paid in February, with an account she no longer had open. I insisted I had never received payment. She assured me she would check her records, and if the check had not cleared she would send payment. She has never done that, and does not respond to ongoing attempts to communicate. I know other artists who are having trouble getting paid for items she sold also.
