Review: Contract was created on October 16, 2015. It stated that the residence would be treated monthly in the basement and outer perimeter of the home for one year for spiders and other general pests. The home was treated that day then they did not show up until December 1, 2015. This was after a couple of phone calls from us to set up a time. Since then several, attempts have been made to have them return and treat the home as contract stated. Many reasons were given as to why they could not be here, including illness of the owner and the weather as well as just not returning calls. This continued throughout the winter and spring months. After several attempts to set up a time to have them finally come and treat, June 4 (no time was given due to them saying they had a lot of catching up to do) was finally decided on and by 12:00 we had not heard anything so made a call and they said they would not be coming due to weather...it was not raining. Again I called and left a message on June 13 and within a few minutes they returned my call. After having an unpleasant conversation, the call ended and then he called back and said he would be here that evening at 6. He called back a few minutes later and said they eould be here no sooner than 6, but did not know how late they might be...we agreed on that...they never showed or called..Desired Settlement: Would like refund of 10 months due to paying for the full 12 months at a total of $954

The owners Mr. Ted P[redacted] and his wife Ann are frauds. They quoted me a price for a roach infestation of $250 and when they arrived they coercised me into $500 cash. They sprayed that day. I was told they would come back every 2 weeks for 2 to 3 months. That didn't work. They only came 4 times within 11 months. We still have roaches. They are hard to get a hold of. They bought the phone number of [redacted] Pest Control which is who I called because they were local. I thought I was dealing with Mr. [redacted] but I wasn't. I have since talked to Mr. [redacted] and he informed me that I paid way too much for the little service that I got. Do not let these people in your house. They are devious and creepy.

Review: My husband and I had signed a contract with [redacted] on July 3, 2015 for the extermination of carpenter ants at our home. The inside spraying was done in our kitchen where the ants were present and the crawl space because of being a damp environment and the risk of developing a nest in this area. Due to inclement weather, he was unable to spray the perimeter of the home as the product would not dry. He had sta[redacted] he would return the following week when the weather was more appropriate for finish the outside job. Included in this contract was a return visit after 6 weeks to re-spray the inside of the home as well as biannual spraying of the perimeter of the home for 7 years. He had planned to come a few times during the week of July 5, 2015, but due to the persistent thunderstorms was unable to do so. At that time we had paid him cash for the initial treatment plan and a personal check for the remainder of the contract. The checked was cashed on July 6, 2015. On July 10, he called my husband and sta[redacted] that he was not interes[redacted] in working for us anymore because we were "flighty." In reality it was the weather conditions that kept him from returning that week. He then decided on some arbitrary number for a refund that didn't even cover the initial treatment cost. Considering the initial treatment was only 1/3 complete he did not fulfill his contract. At this point I feel lucky to receive any money at all, but would like to caution all other consumers from trusting this man to return for any services not performed on day of payment.Desired Settlement: A refund to the original treatment amount and/or finish the original treatment plan. Also to warn the public regarding this questionable business man.
