In the response from *** *** she states that the order she received from me was not a Vet match memorial, which she states in her response is what Mrs*** ordered originallyPlease refer to the two attachments I have sent with my refusalThe order I sent was for a Vet match memorial, as you can seeThis order was placed at the end of August 2015, and I have not received ANY response from Ms***I have place several phone calls, with no return callI demand that she call me and speak to meI have sent proper documentation including copies of Ms*** driver license to show that I represent herThis memorial should have been in our possession by this timeI place similar orders on a daily basis and items are received within weeks

Ms*** is correct that the previous owner of the cemetery created additional spaces in a cemetery garden and named them the same as ones that already existed. While we cannot change this we have updated her file and all records to show the addition on the map so there will be no further
confusion. Ms*** also has a copy of the map showing where her burial spaces are and the location for the bench.I was not in the office the day that Ms*** visited (Saturday 4/30), but did speak with her on Monday 5/and met with her on Tuesday 5/to review the proper site and determine where the bench is to be placed.Due to all the rain received this week I am hesitant to place the bench. We are planning on placing it on Monday 5/9.To the best of my knowledge Ms*** was satisfied with the actions taken. I attempted to call her today to ensure there were no additional issues/concerns on her part. I got her voice mail and left a message.Please do let me know if there is something else needed from me. approval from Mrs. [redacted], we will order the marker and the production of the marker could take approximately 8 to 12 weeks from the time of the order. We will notify Mr. [redacted] once the order has been placed and we receive an estimated ship date.
