I can't say enough about their customer service!!! I ordered a gift for my mom and on the day it was supposed to be delivered, it never came. I called UPS with hopes they could give me information but they weren't helpful. So knowing it was a long-shot I contacted Antique Farmhouse. They quickly responded and refunded me my money within 2 hours. Later the next day a returned home to find my package on my doorstep with a note from a neighbor explaining it had been deliverers there by accident. I contacted Antique Farmhouse again explaining what had happened and asked them to recharge me for the gift since I had in fact received it. Again, they were quick to respond and said, "Don't worry about it. Consider it a Christmas gift!" I have never dealt with a company who has done this! Great customer service and they will definitely be getting my business again in the future!!!

I placed an order with the company Nov. 5th and it is now Dec. 2nd (20 buisiness days) I they have yet to send my order. I submitted a contact form over a week ago and they never responded. I finally got a hold of someone from their facebook page and they said it was 14 business days.... Well, I'm still waiting and my order still says "processing". They said they were going through some changes in the company and asked for patience. Well, then someone should be working some overtime or something. The Facebook page also had complaints that people hadn't recieved their orders and had been waiting longer than me. I'm building a house and will be needing the light fixture I ordered soon! Cute stuff but good luck on getting it!!!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!
