Work done failed within the 1 year warranty period and we have been trying to rectify the situation to no avail.

Approximately, 10 months after the installation we noticed the balcony was leaking again and called the job manager *** to explain the problem. He has since moved out of the area so we have been trying to work through Antico Directly to have them honor the warranty. They sent someone over to look at it. A man came but no one ever came back to fix the job. We have spoken to the manager *** at Antico but he never follows through with the repair. The last time we spoke was last week. They never call back or honor the warranty. No one returns phone calls. The only way we catch them is if *** happens to pick up the phone when we call
