The customer's dress has not been returned (or scanned) via the return label sent to her on 2/22. If the customer used a different method, we'll need to know what method was used so the return can be tracked

The customer received the dress on 8/15/On 1/9/18, the customer reported that the dress was missing a buttonThis was outside of our 30-day return policyInstead of rejecting the claim, we stood by our product and advised the customer that we would send her a replacement dressThe customer was advised during that conversation with a supervisor at our company that the damaged dress must be returned by 1/23/As of 3/26, we have not received the damaged dress in our warehouseThis is why the customer was charged on 2/for the additional dress we sentIf we do not receive additional information proving that the dress was delivered to our warehouse, then we cannot reverse the additional charge on the customer's account
