[redacted] did a beautiful job on our floors. We were impressed with his company. They were courteous, on time and very professional. Since the floors were in bad shape, we didn't think we could expect much. But now they look almost new.

Review: Mr [redacted] and I agreed on a price of $2400 which included installation of parquet floors I had purchased prior, sanding and refinishing the main floor and installing oak threads (oak at his cost) on the steps. After completing the installation of the parquet I paid him $1300 (copy of check available). He agreed to come back the next week to finish the job. It has now been 3 weeks and he has been ignoring my phone calls. I paid him more than the amount due for the labor for installation. After calling from a blocked number he finally answered and agreed to come the next day. I took the day off and waited, he never showed. This is very unprofessional.
