I had my house painted it took longer then expected, paint around trim wasn't finished, the drip marks are all over the house when I asked him to fix it he said that wasn't his problem me and my wife just got our house and cant afford to repaint a second time so we ask him politely to fix his mistakes and now he wont answer our phone calls back.

Mr F roofed my home in *** in June 2016. We did not know that he neglected to pull a permit until we planned to sell the home in 2017.
The roofing failed the inspection by the city of *** and about 1/2 of the roof must be redone. This is not only costly but interferes with the closing for the home sale. So, Mr. F did us us double damage.
