Terrible experience
They didnt a good service, the day after the house still infected in spiders and mosquitos. When I want a cancelation, they charge me 300 usd for a “guaranted service” that doesnt works.

is a fraud, dont trust in this company

Insulted me
Showed up at my door sold my wife and then wanted to do the work twelve hours later. The guy showed up and I told him to leave. The slick talker showed up later. He tried to convince me but I said no. The he said “your wife didn’t even mention you.” Do not ever show up at my house ever. Completely unprofessional on every level and not even a decent human.

At 17:50 on April 9 2020, with Covid 19 pandemic and social distancing in effect your company comes door to door selling pest control.
Not safe
With social distancing in effect, with non essential business being closed by the governor, I was stunned that someone came door to door, less than 6 feet away from me, cold calling to sell pest control services.
This breaks the governor's directions
In this time of pandemic is not a smart nor safe move

Thank you for concern for our community. The safety of the community is of utmost importance to us at this time. Under the Presidential Policy Directive 21 (PPD-21) that designates the food and agriculture sector as a critical infrastructure we feel it is important to still be able to provide the community with the resources needed to handle their pest control needs.

Our Employees are educated on how to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and should be using specific social distancing techniques (such as stand 8 feet away from anyone) to continue to provide the community with an essential service. We have also switched signing and using paper contracts to electronic contracts sent via email to decrease the risk of contamination by touch.

We continue to follow all laws as laid out by the governor and the local city guidelines. We thank you for your feedback and supervision of our employees as they perform standard duties. We will use this information to continually update our essential workers with ideal solutions and procedures throughout this process.

Absolutely terrible service. I stupidly agreed to the service on a Friday night with a door to door salesman that made all sorts of promises at what I thought was a great price. Lesson learned. This was a total waste of money. The pest control guy arrived about a week later and was there for maybe 10 minutes. Left white stains all around the house about 3 feet from the ground. No eaves swept or cleaned. No cobwebs knocked down as promised, no lawn service for ants as promised. So I obviously called in the next day canceled service for it was unsatisfactory. No reason to pay $75 per quarter for something I could have done on my own for $ 20 bucks a year. When I called in I was met with a rude reception that told me that I would have to pay for the next scheduled service and the cancellation fee. That was sent to collections pretty quickly as I was not going to pay another +$200 to a company that had just ripped me off. They wouldn't even give me the Collection Agency name or any of the invoices for the fees that had been sent to collections. Its a scam, straight up. The cancellation fees are how they make their money because no one is sticking with these guys after the first visit.

Hello Mr.,

I would like to first clarify the time table of facts provided by yourself and what the reality of the situation is. You agreed to service with the salesman on a Friday July 19th @ 8:01pm and signed a quarterly service agreement contract that states what services will be provided and the specific price that would be paid for each service. This contract also states that if the account is cancelled you would agree to pay the initial discount provided on the initial service.
July 20th Saturday @ 10:21am our technician arrived to complete the service as stated in the contract. At this time you were presented with a contract verification form that restates the terms from the contract signed the day before.
With all of our services, after the initial service we provide a follow up appoint in 30 days to address any lingering issues that you may be experiencing and to respray for bugs that have come from eggs or developed past the larvae stage. We were unable to complete this follow up service due to a call from you August 6th, stating you needed to speak to us. During that call It was expressed that you wanted to cancel your account and you would not be able to afford any payments for pest control. If the issue had only been pest we would have immediately wanted to reservice the home to fulfill the contract and warranty for pest control at your home. At a later time you had come to an agreement with Anthem Pest Control to pay the cancellation fee (the initial discount for our services) over a three month period.

8/21/2019 invoice emailed and snail mailed to customer with no response
9/10/2019 invoice emailed and snail mailed to customer with no response
9/24/2019 invoice emailed and snail mailed to customer with no response
10/11/2019 invoice emailed and snail mailed to customer with no response
10/23/2019 text and voicemail sent to customer with no response
10/29/2019 response received from customer stating that "he had received our letter and customer will try to make payment for this Friday"
11/05/2019 no payment received, text and email sent to customer with no response
11/22/2019 invoice email and snail mail sent to customer with no response
12/12/2019 invoice email and snail mail sent to customer with no response
12/23/2019 due to lack of response and payment from customer, pest control account sent to collection agency.
1/16/2019 Customer called to enquire about collection agency information.

This account was sent to collections due to lack of communication from the customer and customer not fulfilling payment plan as described previously.
