I purchased the HD2605, I love it!! I live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and receive channelsThe antenna is currently indoors and I know I'll receive even more channels when I mount it outdoors

With the new antenna HD Ultra I was able to go from channels to channels I had a problem with remote called customer service and they shipped out a new box with no problem

star customer serviceI received my item in a well packaged, fully intact box and on timeI had an issue with one part that was not working properlyI emailed a video taped example of the issue and received a response within hoursThe company CEO and Owner personally responded to my email and stated a new part would be on its way in a few daysI did not have to send the old part back eitherOnce I received the new part, I switched it out for the original and threw the old one away as instructedEverything was now working as intendedI am very pleased with the product as well as dealing with the companyI am recommending them to other prospective buyers
