Ordered antenna 10/30/2016 and professionally installed one week later. Reception is good on a clear sky but let it cloud up - no reception. Tried calling company - no response. Email - no response. Ended up going to another supplier of this Lava 8008 antenna for some tech advice. I would definitely not buy from this supplier. Bottomline, there is NO customer support. Kudos to [redacted] who did help me out!!!

Ordered the Lava 8008 from "Antenna Deals"in May. I am very satisfied with this antenna. It delivers about 20 channels of clear reception with many in high definition. Only one channel, Fox 11 vhf, is giving me any issues, which I believe I can resolve by raising the antenna a little more. Again, overall the antenna does what it says it does.

I got a great deal on an excellent product that showed up on my doorstep almost immediately. Will definitely be returning to this company to fulfill future needs.
