Review: After waiting 2.5 hours for delivery (yes, two-and-a-half-hours) my phone rang and it was the delivery person requesting that I "come to his car to pick up the food." After paying a twenty dollar delivery fee I refused to do this. I called the restaurant and they explained their "policy" that they will only deliver to a lobby (which is quite generous considering this guy wouldn't get out of his car). Said policy is not posted on their seamless page, yelp page or their [redacted] page. Because I refused to go to this man's car, they did not deliver the food. I called the restaurant and they refused to refund me. 1) The restaurant charged a twenty dollar delivery fee but then refused to actually deliver anything (false advertising) 2) Did not publicly post any policy that relates to "lobby or car only pick-up"(deceptive business practice)3) Refused to refund me despite the fact that they didn't produce a good/service (theft/poor business practice)At a minimum, I would like a refund from this business.Desired Settlement: At a minimum, I would like a full refund from this business. A fair business practice would be for this business to announce via notice in restaurant, on menus and on all applicable website(s) that delivery is not to your door. Also, when people call to order delivery they should verbally make them aware of this policy.
