This is a scam. Online ads & sales with no phone#, no mailing address, no contact person until after 7 days and reporting to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. EVEN THE ADDRESS OF PLACE packages are allegedly mailed from are fake.
I made an inexpensive purchase and nothing arrived for 2 weeks. Sent email for tracking info and pkg arrived within 2 days. But it did NOT LOOK LIKE the ad, and it did not fit, so immediately (same day) requested return and refund. No reply to an earlier email inquiring about product, so I was already suspicious.
Item was very cheap material, requiring DRY CLEANING -WHICH I will not do for clothing.
After 7 days of continual automated responses to my detailed inquiries, they offered a 15% refund if I woud keep item and use refund to have it altered. I know enough about fabric, fiber, sewing and alterations to know it was not a valid offer. I continued to ask for refund, having met all their conditions for ANSWERING EVERY EMAIL FOR 7 DAYS- AND STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED RETURN ADDRESS & INFORMATION.
1. YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU SEE ADVERTISED, AND
2. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
3. There is no one to call and the only phone nnumber I received was on the return label -in CHINA! as I expected. I did not call but it is probably fake as well.
4. Customer must pay return shipping and customs.
