Annette's Vault Services

I order a headstone for my mom back in 2012 which her death date is incorrect. Here is 2020 and it has yet to be corrected.
In May of 2012 I ordered a headstone from Annette's burial and monumental through Harmons funeral home.in which the headstone arrived to the grave site what the incorrect death date. I have been reaching out on numerous occasions via phone via email and I also went into the office to get the death date corrected. The last time I went in to Annette was on March 13th 2020 on this date I was informed that I will be contacted within a week to get everything squared away. A week went by that we turn into a moth I reached out again then I was told it will be done within the next week. I called on several different occasions. On May 1st 2020 she guaranteed me that it will be done before mother's day which is May 10th 2020. I called back several times this week got no answer. Today is May 8th 2020 she guaranteed me that someone would be out there today. majority of the time I called she didn't have no idea who I was or what I was talking about I'm just trying to get everything done the correct way for my sanity. I was also advised on March 13th that if the numbers was corrected it will be noticeable but it doesn't matter if it's noticeable or not I just need it corrected for my sanity plus it was not my error so I feel that it should have been corrected anyway I want it to get done and if it was mine or hers we want it done right so I feel that my mother deserves the same respect to have her headstone done the correct way
