Anna's Housekeeping Personnel Service

I have been a customer with Anna's for some time now . They have always accommodated my needs . The housekeeper are excellent. All I do is create a are you already list the housekeeper showed up and she did everything that was on my list. The only time my list was done! Is because I failed to make one. Which made it a little more difficult. But they were willing to stay and finish. I just had to call the office and add another hour to my service. Anna's has accommodated my family and friend when I referred them. I also want to add that if my house keeper was sick, holidays or if I couldn't make my appointment! They always provide me a substitute or to reschedule to another date.

I promise you're better off with your dirty house than using this service.

Their on boarding process took FOUR phone calls, and even then they had my name and address incorrect.

I paid for 4 hours of service for $72 and the house cleaner asked to leave before 3 hours. I asked for one more task and she eventually left at 3 hours-- an hour short.

Basic tasks like cleaning baseboards or wiping down a glass door weren't completed. Beds weren't made. Bathrooms were barely wiped down with drains and crevices left gunky.

The house cleaner used our products-- asking which to use for what task. Now I get to wash all the towels and rags she cleaned with.

Overall I still have a list of basic things to clean and I'm out $72 plus tip and lots of time.
