Anna's Beauty Salon

Review: Hello, My name is [redacted] and my complain is regarding Anna's Hair salon. I came to this salon because it was recommended to me by a friend. My hair was done by the owner of the shop and I asked for highlights in my hair and payed $50.00. After my hair was done, I noticed only half of my head was done and it looked terrible. Just by looking at the results, you can notice it was done in a rush. I was un happy and I needed to get it fixed. The next day I went back and told her how I felt. Her response to me was unacceptable. She told me because I had too much hair she only did half and she admitted she did it quickly. I told her I was un happy and she said she did her job right. I asked to have it fixed, and she told me she was busy and to come back later. She refused to take me in and have it fixed. I left the shop and called her, we were arguing back and forth on the phone over the issue and she agreed to give me a partial refund of $25.00 and told me to pick it up. I went back to the shop to ask for my refund and she refused to give it to me. I told her the policy is to satisfy the customer, and she told me if I am unsatisfied to go somewhere else, because she has plenty of customers and doesn't need to satisfy me. I went to go write down her licence number and name so that I can report this. She ran and took it quickly from me. I asked for her real name and she also refused to give it to me. She goes by the name Anna but that is not even her real name.Desired Settlement: Refund at least half of the amount I payed for
