Anna Sova Luxury Organics

I received terrible service from this company, and their repeated promises to make it right have been entirely empty. I ordered gift sheets a month before Christmas. Anna Sova charged my credit card $304.00 on the day I placed the order, then inexplicably failed to send the item for two months. By the time they did send them (to the wrong address!), they were advertising them at a price $96 cheaper than what I had paid. After promising repeatedly to send me $96 I finally gave up in disgust, almost SIX MONTHS after my original payment. Shoddy and dishonest company.
