I ordered products from the Anita International website on June 1, 2018. I never received the products and the company never responded to any inquiry
On June 1st 2018, I placed an order for two products on the anita.com website. SKU # 5537-DXXX-XX and SKU # 5537-DXXX-XX. I received an email with a confirmation of my order and the order number of XXXXXXXXX. A week later, upon checking the tracking number provided, I realized the product was never delivered to me. The UPS website indicated that the product was delivered by USPS but I never received any of the products. I then proceeded to contact Anita Sales. The email provided in their communication is ***@anita.*** or a telephone number of X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. I made several phone calls and was unsuccessful in reaching any individual. I have been unsuccessful in talking to ANYONE at this company for a whole week. I left two voice messages. This is not the first time I've had difficulty reaching them, but I have had NO one return any of my calls. I then proceeded to email the company. I sent an email on June 11. I received a reply that my request has been received and there would be follow up. There has been no follow up. I sent 2 other emails since with no replies. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have been charged $152 for the products with no product in hand and absolutely no one to reach to.
I would like to receive my product. Furthermore, the company needs to be held responsible for NOT responding to customers.
We deeply apologize for the oversight. We have contacted the consumer and left her a message from our Managing Director. We will resend the purchased product that was lost by UPS at no charge. In addition we will refund the money. We will also update our contact info with Revdex.com since the letter that arrived today was the first time we received anything regarding that matter from Revdex.com.

I have not received a phone call from their managing director as stated in their text. Please ensure that *** Corporation is responding to the correct customer if they are resending the product and refunding me. Thank you.

Please find attached that we refunded Ms. her money (August 1st, 2018) and also had the merchandise redelivered (August 20th, 2018).
We actually tried to call her as well but did not get any response.
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience she encountered and therefore we wanted her to enjoy the merchandise complimentary.
