Contacted the customer support for their product, "Fate/Grand Order" concerning a compromised account within their service. I had received vague replies from the support, and they made no action to help me with my account whatsoever, despite it having been stolen with assets still belonging to me on it, and having provided extensive proof of ownership of the account. There is currently no other way to recover an account without going through this support system, and even then, it is not guaranteed to be helpful.

I feel I am being ridiculed by the company, despite having provided information only I know about the account, as well as even providing a proof of purchase of *** (AKA the in-account assets the company claims not to be legitimate) to both the Revdex.com, and to the company itself. The account was indeed, stolen, as the name was changed and I never gave my transfer code to anyone at all. I would not fight so hard for my account if I had just given it away, and I thought they would understand that. I feel these business practices and policies are incredibly harmful to all customers, especially loyal ones who spend a lot of time on their service. I do hope that they understand my stance that while I do understand their policies, I still feel I was cheated and will not stand for it. I'm willing to accept a new account with my all of my old things on it, but will not accept anything beyond that.

The account is not currently active (currently from the time of posting this, 90 days offline), and I've talked it over with my friend whom I have confirmed not to have stolen my account, concluding it must've been a brute force - something I cannot possibly have defended myself against. I've seen people from various social sites around the web complain about the customer support, but a lot of people have had their stolen accounts returned before as well, it usually takes a while but I am willing to wait however long.

I don't understand why.
