In response Ms [redacted] complaint we were unable to pull any records on this account due to it being over a year oldWe also could not talk to any of the representatives that work this account because they no longer work here.After receiving this complaint we did reach out to Ms [redacted] and she informed us that she just wanted a paid in full letter and the number she had to contact us was no longer validWe then provide her with a paid in full letter and gave her updated contact informationMs [redacted] account is paid in full and she will no longer receive any calls from us pertaining to this account
