They have refused to call us, contact us, they hang up on us and say we owe money we do not even with receipts they provided as proof.
My daughters dog was sick. I took him to animal health. The doctor called my daughter and verified it was ok to treat. Many months later I received a collection notice stating I owed $706-. I called the vet, my daughter sent certified letter without a response. I sent an email without a response. I called Erin and she failed to return my call. My daughter called and she hung up on her stating she turned me into the credit bureau but I dug up receipts and showed the amount due would be 500- but my daughter needs invoice but they failed to cooperate. Even with provided receipts this collection agency says I have to pay for a dog that is not mine. It is my daughters dog. I ask for a receipt and they failed to include payments made. We wrote the owner at his house and still failed to write us back.
