I've been a user of the survey panel Angus Reid since 2011. Angus Reid Forum is operated by *** located at

I have finally accumulated enough points to redeem for the second time (***) and while the redemption process is easy enough and I received an instant email with an automated message stating I would receive my reward in 2-4 days, it has been 5 weeks and no result. Neither do I have the points back in my user account, nor the *** funds.
I waited 4 weeks until I emailed them, which I think is ample time to process a digital reward. The ONLY time they sent me anything other than a non-automated reply was after contacting them 3 times (twice by email directly , and once via in-site form), asking me to confirm my email address. I can't confirm my email any more than I already have, as it's still the same from which I contacted them and receive my surveys at... I even gave them another email address that's also tied to my *** account. Still nothing.
The site boosts having and more draws/contests per month, except no winners have been listed at all since November 2016, even though there are supposedly 2 monthly draws. They also boost "greatly reduced delivery times" and "a team dedicated to assisting with all your rewards-related issues". These statements are completely ***.
Below is the original message received at the time of points redemption, then a second one confirming redemption, and the only actual reply from a human, as well as my last email. I've last contacted them November 30th by emailing support, maybe once more after that via the site support form.

I would like the $50 *** transfer to be completed, as per initial redemption process, to the email associated with my user account (***). Seeing as I no longer have the 5000 points in my account, they were redeemed but I received nothing for it. An apology is also in order. I could be a horrible person and demand bonus points added to my account for the hassle, and for them to revise their redemption process and responsiveness of customer support. But I really just want the funds I've earned through my time filling out the surveys. It's only fair.
