Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Michelle is being dishonest What was requested was a copy of each receipt (for items sold) (bags), however, she presented a computer printout that did not verify anything I am not the only victim of this business owner's practices (accepting consignment items and not paying the owners once the items are sold), and will happily provide this information This business/business owner is currently under investigation by the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, and is in the process of being sued in court In addition, criminal complaints may be signed in reference to this issue.All that was ever requested was payment, along with a copy of the receipts for the items sold This business owner has refused to provide the requested information, and therefore, payment cannot be accepted, until the additional information is provided[redacted] Regards, [redacted]
In response to the complaint filled by [redacted] , I have sent her payment in full for her thirteen [redacted] handbags that were sold over a four month periodThe handbags did not sell immediately but over the holiday months, there were all soldI mailed to her home certified mail a bank check with a breakdown from [redacted] the items sold, date sold, and the amount for each saleThe check and paperwork were mailed back to my attention stating she is not accepting paymentIt is difficult for me to resolve this issue if payment and documentation is returnedI have been advised by my attorney to resend her payment back to her with individual sales documentation
