Angelic Golden Retrievers

We had found this website in search of purchasing a Golden Retriever puppy. The website seemed extremely legitimate. After deciding we were going to this, NextDay Golden Retrievers provided us with a Bill of Sales/Contract to take the process to the next step. We filled out the paperwork provided to us. What started to seem slightly off was that they request we use Cashapp or Zelle to make a payment. We decided we would go through the Cashapp and pay the $800 for the puppy we were going to buy. They claimed the puppies were cheap because they had a new litter of puppies expected on the "28th of the month". The puppy we were interested in was priced at $750 and an additional $50 for the flight to have her shipped to us. Once we started asking questions and requesting pictures of the puppy we were purchasing they started to get very vague in their responses via email. We immediately knew something wasn't right here. I work as a paralegal so I luckily I knew I could do some research on this company. This is not their first go round with this and have used other sites in the past to do this to people such as "Angelic Golden Retrievers" and "Cheerful Golden Retrievers" which I found on the Revdex.com website listed with the same phone number and address provided on the Bill of Sales/Contract. I am currently going to try to dispute the charge via Cashapp to hopefully get our money back. It's been such an awful experience. It was supposed to bring joy back into our lives after losing our infant daughters a month back which I HAD EXPRESSED IN MY INITIAL EMAIL TO THEM. How cruel can people be? I hope others will take this into consideration before making the same mistake we did!!

My family unfortunately lost their golden retriever a few months back. I so badly wanted to surprise them with a puppy. I searched for weeks no one had any available. Then I came across a website called Angelic Golden Retrievers. They had puppies. So I emailed them they emailed me very promptly. The puppy was 750.00 plus 50.00 for shipping so a total of 800.00. Everything seemed so legit from the website to the contract they sent me via email. They had me download CashApp so I linked my debit card to it so I could send them the money. So I did. They said they could have the puppy on a plane this past fri (july 24,2020) so fri morning comes they say the puppy is ready to be shipped. So I get an email from their "delivery agency" Taxi2go pet travel stating I have to send them 950.00 to insure the puppy for the flight and that it would 100% get refunded back to me once puppy was delivered. I thought it was a lil odd this wasnt stated to me from the getgo but at that point al I wanted was the puppy and she said was refundable. So I did it...then I get an email back from them saying everything is good except one issue. So then I get another email from taxi2go saying due to the hot temps I need to purchase a special air conditioned crate for the dog to be in and that was another 950.00. They also said thatd be refundable. At this point I prob shouldve realized this was "fishy" but again I so badly wanted the puppy to get here. At that point I didnt have 950 so they asked whats the most I could do at that moment I said 750.00. They said ok. So again I sent more money. Fast fwd 4 hrs here I am thinking Ill be getting a puppy that night. I get yet ANOTHER email stating the dog needed a cited document which was another 1800.00 (which would also get refunded) saying the dog needed that to get through customs or the dog would be impounded somehwhere. But why would a dog need to go through customs coming from Virginia. Thats when I new in my gut this was a total scam. So I emailed back Angelic Goldens saying I was under the impression I was only going to have to pay 800 like stated in the contract I signed. And with this 1800 more you want from me thats 3700. They said that will all be refunded upon arrival. I said this was ridiculous I wanted my money back. Thats where the fun started. They said they tried to send me the money back but the payment kept failing. So they wanted to try other ways. They wanted me to link my act to theirs and that way would work. I was not about to give these people my credit card info. I had no problem sending them
Money why couldnt they just send it to me like I did to them? Anyway we went back and forth with emails saying they keep trying to refund me. Then the emails stopped and they wont reply back now. I believe the angelic golden retreiver and taxi2go were the same people because looking back at the emails the punctuation and vocabulary was similar. So I gave these monsters 2500.00 of my hard earned money leaving me with 88.00 left in my account. Thats alot of money to anyone but to me its more than alot. Is there anything that can be done? Im so devastated I dont see how people can be so awful and get away with such a horrible thing. Please help.

bought a pup for $800 and won't deliver every phone number is out of service or doesn't exist wont give a refund

I was in search of a Golden retriever. I found this website and spoke with a man named Leo COsta who claimed to be the breeder. After emailing each other I agreed to zelle him $800 for the purchase of the dog, he sent me a bill of sale and after I sent him the funds, I haven't received the dog nor had any luck with communication. He will not answer my emails or calls. This is a scam. I ave since contacted by bank to try and get my money back. I believe this to be a fake company that steals peoples money for a fake sale of a dog.

In further investigation, the address used on the bill of sale is a local church in that area. They are fraudulently using another address. I tried contacting the church to inform them. And received no luck in getting through.

I am certain now that Cheerful Golden Retrievers AKA prestige golden retrievers is a fraudulent puppy selling business
