On April 2, 2019 I contacted this business via email to inquire about purchasing a female seal bi color Ragdoll Kitten.

The owner *** asked me to send a deposit of $400.

This deposit was mailed out the week of April 15, 2019

I asked on several occasions what my remaining balance would be and never received a response.

I arrived in San Diego on July 17, 2019 for business and to make arrangements to pick up our kitten. I sent a text message to *** one final time inquiring what my remaining balance would be. She responded via text message on July 20, 2019 and she advised me that my balance was $700.

I am scheduled to pick up our kitten on Sunday, July 21 in the AM and I received a text message. stating that she had just gone over her messages and my remaining balance is actually $1,300

I feel that this business is a deceptive business practice.

On numerous occasions I tried to converse with her on the kitten and pricing.
