Renee called from the business stated that their policy is if they can not repair the washer they will exchange it if its within the day warrantyIf a unit is exchanged out the warranty restarts on the day that the unit is exchangedRenee stated that a more expensive washer was given to replace
the other two washers that were brokenThe washer they have now locks when a cycle starts and can not be opened until the cycle is completely finished then the washer will automatically unlock
