for a start, I was hesitant to hire Andy for the job because of a couple of bad reviews, but when I told him about those reviews he was able to explain to me what was going on with those specific customers.
So he got the job, he was on time as promised, the project was an old ranch, he did an awesome job, to be exact he did more than what we agreed to be done. he did the job him self with his crew and he was always giving them directions and watching what they are doing so it is done right. even when I was not there watching them. and I am Very Picky person.
after the job was done, they cleaned the site. Job Well Done.

Andy's Empire Construction & Demolition was hired to demolish a vacant house for the purpose of expanding the parking lot. The house did get torn down with very minimal damage to the neighboring building. Actually, there was no damage reported to the building, but some communication wires had been disturbed in the process. Considering that everything was extremely close together, I think that Andy did an excellent job. Before submitting the balance of the payment, I did speak with the City Inspector to make sure that he had no fault or concern regarding the job. His only comment was that he cannot sign off on the permit until the ground is graded, that the soil was much too lumpy. Not a problem, most of this has been taken care of.
