My review relates to the home monitoring service only. I recently cancelled my service and the service rep confirmed that the cancellation would take place immediately. What she failed to explain was that they would continue to bill me at full rates for the next two months following the cancellation. Rather, she only stated in her email that they "normally...request 60 days writing [sic] notice for cancellation" though she was making this cancellation effective immediately.
When I politely questioned the manager (Tracey) about this policy I was told in a rather hostile tone that she "did not have to justify their policies to [me]!" - and all in spite of the fact there was a email record of my discussion with the sales rep. Very poor customer service experience.
Absolutely Fantastic Service. We recently moved into a condo unit with a DSC system. The previous owners left us with about 6 different access codes. We have had no experience ever with a security system. The person who came out went through everything, check all connections, reset the codes, repaired the broken pieces, battery and gave a good education and left some pamphlets. Definitely hire this company for your needs. Al this was done for an extremely reasonable price.
