Androy Hotel

Review: I reserved 5 rooms at the androy hotel. We had 2 double queen rooms for 75.00 each and 4 full size rooms for 55.00 each. I spoke to the people at the androy hotel and they told me there was a restraunt in the hotel and told me how nice it was. I read some reviewes and didnt see any bad ones. We got to the hotel on feb 22nd 2014. This hotel is disgusting. We had mold and rust in the bathrooms and the rooms smelled so bad of smoke. When we brought this to their attention they told us that people actually live in the hotel and they can spoke. This building should not even be open. Also the restraunt they said that was there was actually closed down. ( probably because how dirty and gross this place is.) We had them exchange 2 of the full size rooms for another double queen. They werent gonna refund any money since it was the day of the reservation. I cant believe that they can even avertise for a hotel. Someone needs to go and check this place out and shut them down. Also we were told they rent the rooms out by the hour. GROSS!!! I went here for my bachelorette pary we had 15 people and 7 of the guests left cause how gross the rooms were.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the 3 double qweens 75.00 each and for the full size room which is 55.00 each. Total refund- 280.00 If I cannot get this resolved I will have to get my attorney involved. Please help me get this resolved. No one should have to pay for this type of service. It was DISGUSTING!!!!
