Unable to reach company by phone. Message on phone says it is not a working number. Canceling job and left message on cell phone of Dennis which appears to be a working number for him. No response as yet. Holidays may be the reason he has not responded.

I have an issue with one area of my roof that they replaced. contacted them 3 months ago and they don't return phone calls and my roof is still not fixed. would not recommend them.

Andrews Roofing just completed our new roof on July 3. We were amazed at how fast the job was completed - It took about 10 hours total. At the onset, the crew placed tarps all around the house to catch any debris from the old roof removal. The crew of 10 was very thorough with cleanup.....no shingles remained in the yard and no nails have been found. The crew was very friendly and hard-working.

Bryon C was the Andrews Sales Rep that oversaw the job. From the initial step of signing a contract through the completion of the job, Bryon promptly kept us informed along the way. At the time of signing the contract, Bryon explained in detail the roofing process and choices we needed to make. As the job progressed, he was frequently onsite monitoring the work of his crew. He arranged for the permit and scheduled the inspections. Since this was an insurance claim, he was extremely knowledgeable answering our insurance questions. Nothing could have run smoother. Bryon is definitely a valued asset to Andrews - A+ Company doing A+ work! If you need a roof - call an honest and experienced Company - Andrews!!

We knew our roof needed work. I called several roofing companies each of whom had been recommended to us by friends and neighbors who were very satisfied with the work done for them. Upon reading the reviews on this website (Revdex.com), my husband added Andrews Roofing to our list. When Dennis O. came to give us an estimate, we immediately saw the difference between Andrews Roofing and all the rest. Dennis did everything the other fellows had done but spent more time studying our roof and taking multiple photos so we could see the problems ourselves, took more time to describe the roof covering we should have, and explained how we should go about making a justified claim to our insurance company for a replacement for our roof. Subsequently, as the process unfolded, Dennis was always available to us by phone, text, or email. What a comfort it was for this "nervous Nelly" to get quick responses to our questions and concerns. This behavior of "going beyond" just doing excellent work continued as the actual reroofing of our home took place: Our plantings were covered to avoid damage during the stripping of our old roof. Our driveway pavers were not subjected to any damaging equipment. At the end of every day, our yard and driveway were totaling cleaned as though nothing had occurred except the excellent work on our roof! Of course, Dennis visited multiple times during the process to be sure all work was done to his high standard and to be sure we were pleased with what was happening. Of course, this is an A+ company doing A+ work. (As an aside, when our daughter's home needed roof work, she only needed to contact one company: Andrews Roofing.)

From the start, Andrew's Roofing was there when I needed a patch for a leaking roof to hold me over until the rains stopped and when no other roofer would respond. I think I decided then they would put my new roof on. They were honest and helpful throughout the entire process. They made a stressful time as painless as possible and I am now a smiling homeowner with a great new roof. From the beginning, all the work was done top notch. When they found places that needed new wood it was replaced and all work was done when scheduled. Also, to my wonderment, an amazing clean up of the debris afterwards. One day the old shingles were off, bad wood replaced and dried in and then the next scheduled day the new shingles installed. There were some detail areas that I wanted checked and these guys were at the house when they said they would be and worked diligently until they had completed the work and my roof now looks amazing. I am so happy with them, A+ all the way!

They were awesome...they did their work in a timely manner and were clean and caring as they were working. Even a neighbor who'd previously been in roofing said how impressed he was with their work . They worked like a machine...on task and orderly.

As a retired custom home builder for 20 years and an owner of a roofing company for 15 years before that, I have personally dealt with hundreds of contractors. My experience with Andrew's Roofing was as good as it gets. Bryon C, my sales rep, was one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have worked with. He kept me informed as to their process, and when and how the job was progressing from estimate, to contract, to finish. He was also always responsive to my calls, either picking up the call or returning my calls almost immediately. The crew was there on time and finished in an extremely timely manner. The grounds and landscaping were well protected and the clean up was immaculate. And the workmanship was a 10 on scale of 10! I have seen many roofing contractors in my neighborhood because of Hurricane Irma, and none could have come close to what I experienced with Andrew's Roofing.
