Just had a gas conversion completed by Andrews. The service men were prompt, efficient, and took the time to explain everything after the job was done. Would definitely recommend them.
Hello.Thank-you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. The customer, [redacted], contacted our office on December 27,2017 mid afternoon. [redacted] was referred to our company by [redacted], as we are an authorized [redacted] contractor. The service call was recorded to confirm or deny...
that [redacted] indirect water heater was leaking. A technician was dispatched to [redacted]. late in the day on the 27th. The technician did determine the tank was leaking and did take information on both the model number and serial number. This information was called into our vendor, [redacted], on the next business day which was December 28,2017. We did not hear back from our vendor on the 28th, so owner Sam C[redacted] called [redacted] directly on December 29,2017 and they were closed for the holidays from Friday 12/29 until Tuesday 1/2/2018. Because [redacted] was eager to have his water replaced immediately and we could not accommodate him as quickly as he wanted, we suggested he contact another contractor that might be able to assist him quicker. The technician did collect credit card information from [redacted] at the completion on the service call as is normal procedure once services are rendered.However, once we realized we would not be able to address the replacement of the water heater, the credit card was NEVER charged. We never did hear back from [redacted], which left us to assume his problem was resolved to his satisfaction. We looked forward in getting this resolved in a positive manner to uphold our A+ rating. Thank-you.
