Review: I sent "[redacted] Smothers" my old fan to repair since he has a website up which reads that he does repair old fans ~ [redacted] ...I spoke with him directly on the phone in the fall of 2012 and he said he could fix it so I shipped it to him at the [redacted] address. I then waited to hear back / and waited and waited. When I felt it was taking too long I contacted him via email to which he said he was busy but was getting to it soon. That was around Spring of 2013. I never heard back from him again...All attempts now from my daughter [redacted] ([redacted])to contact [redacted] through Facebook have been successful where she sometimes does get a response from him, but the fan is not complete and he promises to just send it back, but has to always request where to send it to. She has provided this information to him along with my phone number if he wants to call...he doesnt call and the fan doenst show up. I do not care if its not fixed or not ~ we just want him to return it.Coming up on 2 years later...I think we are at a dead end. Is there anything you can do to assist reaching out to [redacted] and getting his attention and convince him to send me back my fan. It was my mothers fan who has since passed on ~ this is the reason it is so important to me.Desired Settlement: Please just have him return my fan and ship it to: [redacted]
