Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Essentially Mr***'s response only restates what I had written in the original complaintMr [redacted] continues to refuse to acknowledge his own knowledge that several other tenants have had their cars vandalized inside the parking lot of the studio building, which I can reasonably assume would warrant reviewing more security footage than one night's worth, for the sake of everyone's cars that have been vandalized, and not only mineI had informed Mr [redacted] from the beginning of my correspondence with him concerning that matter that the incident could have happened any night during the week in questionMr [redacted] continues to ignore this piece of the story as well, and now falsely claims that I had only requested for him to review one nightEvidently, whatever evidence that could have been found on the security footage is now permanently lost due to Mr***'s negligence Regards, [redacted] ***
[redacted] ,That former tenant sent me a picture of a small scratch in her car that looks to be approximately inches in lengthI made a reasonable effort to view the video camera footage, per her request, on the evening of June 9, and the morning of June 10, I spent approximately four hours of my time on thisI emailed her my findings (See copy of email below)She then asked me to go back another seven days to review the video camera footage. There is no proof that this scratch even occurred in our parking lotI have tried to accommodate the tenant but frankly I did not have the time to go back another seven days to check the video camera footageThe video recycles over itself in approximately days, so I can only go back approximately days to June 26th as of now.I feel that I made a reasonable effort to view the video camera footage for her but I did not see anyone scratch her car
Hi there, Attached is a notice I once received from Mr***'s property management company containing his address and contact informationThe notice refers to something unrelated to my complaint. Thanks, *** ***
[redacted],That former tenant sent me a picture of a small scratch in...
her car that looks to be approximately 6 inches in length. I made a reasonable effort to view the video camera footage, per her request, on the evening of June 9, 2016 and the morning of June 10, 2016. I spent approximately four hours of my time on this. I emailed her my findings (See copy of email below). She then asked me to go back another seven days to review the video camera footage. There is no proof that this scratch even occurred in our parking lot. I have tried to accommodate the tenant but frankly I did not have the time to go back another seven days to check the video camera footage. The video recycles over itself in approximately 30 days, so I can only go back approximately 30 days to June 26th as of now.I feel that I made a reasonable effort to view the video camera footage for her but I did not see anyone scratch her car.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Essentially Mr. [redacted]'s response only restates what I had written in the original complaint. Mr. [redacted] continues to refuse to acknowledge his own knowledge that several other tenants have had their cars vandalized inside the parking lot of the studio building, which I can reasonably assume would warrant reviewing more security footage than one night's worth, for the sake of everyone's cars that have been vandalized, and not only mine. I had informed Mr. [redacted] from the beginning of my correspondence with him concerning that matter that the incident could have happened any night during the week in question. Mr. [redacted] continues to ignore this piece of the story as well, and now falsely claims that I had only requested for him to review one night. Evidently, whatever evidence that could have been found on the security footage is now permanently lost due to Mr. [redacted]'s negligence.
