I am rejecting this response because:This is in response to the claims of Mr*** ***, owner of Andreia’s Hall and Event Center, who asserts, “the complaint from this individual only resulted after we notified Ms*** of thefts and damages to our venue.” This statement is not valid as I have proof that on March 19, through a text received at 2:p.m., Mr*** informed me about theft and damages, this was days before I submitted my complaint, which was on March 29, In his rebuttal Mr***, states “Any and all catering issues should be addressed to caterer directly.” In regards to this specific issue Mr*** has not disclosed or informed us of the business name or contact number of the third party vendors. I have tried to schedule meetings with him and because there has been no remediation I am pursing assistance with the Revdex.com in trying to resolve this matterI not only started, but have tried to pursue communication to get this issue remediatedIn opposition to his claims of, “I have tried to make contact with the complaint party but they are unresponsive due to the fact that they are liable for damages and stolen items…” I have records of all communication and communication attempts starting March 18th at 8:51pm to present. We have made several attempts to get specific details in what the damages he is stating are and have yet to receive details of specificsSince Mr*** is claiming he is not responsible for any 3rd party issues then we are requesting the following:Cater Name, Address, Telephone number and contract made with catererIn Mr***’s response he fails to address our lack of security which was included in our all-inclusive package/ contractIn regards to the statement made by Mr***, “At the conclusion of the event, Mr& Mrs*** thanked our staff and even generously tipped the staff saying everything came out great.” My husband Mr*** and I did tip only the hostess and the replacement DJ because the DJ was able to perform adequately without our previously made song listAs far as the hostess, my husband, my sister, my brother and I all spoke with her about the complaints we had throughout the nightShe stated that she had been trying to get ahold of the owner since he was out of town and stated that he was probably in a dead zone as problems escalatedDuring the course of the events, *** the hostess was sympathetic, apologetic and attempted to rectify the situations as they aroseWe tipped *** based on her efforts not on our satisfaction with services received since she stated this was her first time being left alone. *** stated she was not able to reach the owner at any point during the evening but at 8:51pm on March 18, 2017(Event night, during the event) I sent a text message to Mr*** stating, “When you get back to town, we need to meet concerning tonight.” He responded at 9:17pm by saying, “I apologize about minor setbacks, the third parties we used dropped the ball on a few things but we are trying to get the event going accordingly.” This statement leads me to suspect that *** and Mr*** may had communication which was stated otherwiseTo conclude, I would just like to state that Mr*** sold an all-inclusive packageI was under the impression that I was to not worry about the 3rd party services that he was to hire for the event.

To whom it may concern, the complaint from this individual only resulted after we notified Ms.*** of thefts and damages to our venueWe are also pursing a suit of libel as well as enforcing the contract in regards to her being liable for the damages and stolen items from the hall totaling over
$In addition, based on our signed contract, Ms*** is aware that we as an event center do not perform any service in house, but rather hire third party vendors for any and all servicesIn regards to this, as signed and agreed upon in our contract we are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these third parties.(in contract rules section 4)
Any and all catering issues should be addressed to caterer directlyFood serving is done during the allotted 60-90min block, all plates were served during that time in addition to drinks (tea/lemonade) being available from the caterer during this timeThe plastic storage bin being referenced is a commercial restaurant grade "Cambro Clear Polycarbonate Food Storage Box 18" x 26" x 15" which meets the NSF international safety ratingsAll utensils were set out for the guests before event commencementCaterers do not provide additional utensils for people bringing in outside food (outside food is not permitted as per contract rules section 6)
Additional seating was requested by the complaint party once the capacity was reached and the hall was not notified of the increase in party size which would make them responsible for an additional charge for guest amount(in contract rules section 21)
I have tried to make contact with the complaint party but they are unresponsive due to the fact that they are liable for damages and stolen items, in addition to the charges for the guest amount increase
At the conclusion of the event, Mr& Mrs*** thanked our staff and even generously tipped the staff saying everything came out greatBut when confronted about the additional charges, damages and stolen items the complaints arose
We will continue to pursue legal action in this matter to resolve this matter in regards to our loses and there will be no refunds issued to complainant based on these erroneous allegations
