I rented a townhouse from Anderson Realty for three years. I had absolutely no complaints. Whenever there was an issue (with washer, a leak, dishwasher, etc), they sent a repairman very quickly. The majority of the occupants were quiet and respectful. The grounds were regularly manicured and the rent was worth it. Units across the street were a hundred dollars less a month for a similar size but their management company principals were different in upkeep and unruly tenants. I received my deposit back within thirty days. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for renting. The staff are kind and honest.
