Contractor did not install pool plaster correctly and the pool plaster is already damaged and exposing gunite and pool plaster is only 3 months old. Contractor left ring stain on our pool coping and completely damaged our concrete by not laying plastic down before brining in bobcat. Contractors states all issues need to be fixed but never contacts us just keeps giving us the run around. I am a disabled veteran with leukemia on top of that and the pool is unsafe for me to use because of the bacteria getting trapped in the pock holes in the plaster.
