Once again [redacted] failed to provide a tracking number and as of today we have not seen the product ordered. He states the order was being sent from Nevada which should take 2-4 days it's now been 6 and nothing has arrived. We have files a fraud complaint with our bank.
9:20 AM CALLED THE CUSTOMER HE WAS NOT IN EMPLOYEE , INFORMED ME EASY TO REPLY WITH EMAIL RE SHIPPED PART THRU DIFFERANT SUPPLIER OUT OF [redacted] CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TRACKIND # AFTER 5 PM TODAY AND ALL PARTS SHIPPED
