I rejected the response because *** Ford has yet to offer me a solutionThey're wanting to argue back and forth instead of trying to resolve the issueThey keep lying saying they've called me and offered a three year extended warrenty atno cost, If I had been offered this warrenty, I would've been very greatful and glad to acceptThis however, is not the casePleasereview their responses and notice how they can't even seem to get their story straightThe only reason I received a second and final call from them was to gripe me out for writing a bad review on them and filing with the Revdex.comI see now why the Revdex.com does not back this companyFord corporate has filed a complaint against them on my behalf and told me they're embarrassed by this situation*** Ford has pretty close to a dozen complaints on their Facebook reviews of allegedly commiting warrenty fraudi see why. Sincerely, *** ***

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: This entire message is full of liesAfter reading this message that has clearly twisted the situation, I will continue with my lawyer since *** Ford cannot seem to act like adultsMy husband, *** *** called *** Ford ( because Mt Pleasant ford could not see our warranty information through the database) August 29- September He spoke with *** in finance and told him of the situation, he had to call *** three days in a row to get a response***'s response was " there is nothing *** ford can do for you." When my husband asked to speak to the general manager, *** told him that was the general mangers responseHe would not let *** speak to her, nor did she call My husband and explain why this was her answerFriday, September 1, MtPleasant ford asked me to pick up my car since *** Ford would not validate my warrantyI called and spoke to Mrs*** and explained what the situation was and why I was upsetShe told me that the GM was in meeting and she would have her call me back immediatelyTwo hours later, with no return call, I left a message with the receptionist for the GM that if they didn't not have my warranty sent to Mt Pleasant that I would hire a lawyer as this was theft of service and after a week of not getting it fixed, it didn't seem that they caredI gave he GM a solid week to return my call, September 8th she called me at 7:and said she had just heard of the problem and she did apologize, to give her until sept to get this problem fixedShe left me a voicemail on Sept 11, I broke my foot the day before was in and out of work and doctor appointments the 11th and 12thI returned her call on the 13th, she was rude and smart allickly as she told me this was her first time to speak to me, and that problem could not be fixed overnightShe also expressed how she couldn't believe how upset I was until she heard of the bad review I posted on Facebook and in that I stated that I was filing with Revdex.comMy blood pressure has been as stroke level and my doctors are watching me very close, I assure you that I did not yell, nor did I CUSS at this ladyI actually let her speak for a good while before I ever spokeThe lady was un professional and acting like she wanted to fight so I was EXTREAMLY careful with my words, there WAS NO MENTION OF A 3year warranty being given to me FOR NO COSTI explained to her why I'm upset and filing on this company because it's been a circus since we bought this car, she took no ownership over anything and just mouthed about it was all other people's fault and they're not there anymoreShe finally said that she could get a new contract to honor the remaining mileage on the car I bought in (not ma'am) but it would not be OVERNIGHTI told her that I APPRECIATE THAT, she told me she's been working hard in the FEW DAYS this has taken and I told her I APPRECIATE HERShe then mouthed starting on my patience and this stuff can't be done overnight, I said loudly " I appreciate you and call me when you have taken care of it" she was still talking as I HUNG UPThere are morals as a Christian I take very seriously, DO NOT LIE, DO NOT STEAL, and DO NOT CHEATLadies and gentleman, if you're going to fight with me, I suggest you start telling the truth, and quit trying to steal and cheat meThis is the last of my response to you, your lawyer can talk to mine and I'll see you in court!

Per phone conversation with Revdex.com: We feel like this complaint is resolved It's been taken care of already.*** ***

Businesses statement via phone with Revdex.com:The consumer picked up their vehicle

Ms*** called us two weeks ago and brought to our attention that her 6-year extended warranty had expired after only having her vehicle year. She had purchased a Ford Expedition in and the finance manager at the time "mis-dated" the warranty. Since that manager is no
longer with *** Ford, *** *** (General Sales Manager) began trying to contact Ms*** in an effort to apologize for the mistake and try to offer a solution. She left several messages over a week's time and did not hear back from Ms***. This past Monday, September 11, Ms*** did reach out to Ms*** by phone. Ms*** explained that she had tried to contact Ms*** several times. Ms*** went on to try to state that *** Ford's offer to give Ms*** a 3-year 36-month warranty at no cost to Ms***. However, Ms*** began yelling at Ms*** before Ms*** could complete a statement. When Ms*** began cursing at Ms***, Ms*** decided to end the call and hung up. One of our mottos here at *** Ford is "WE ARE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, SERVING LADIES AND GENTLEMEN" We treat our customers with respect and don't feel it unreasonable to expect our customers to treat our associates with the same respect

Per *** ***, General Sales Manager:? I do not agree with the allegations Mrs*** is making against *** Ford and myself.? I called her several times to explain how sorry I was for the misunderstanding on the paperwork and she did not contact me back for a few days.? When I did speak with her, I apologized for our mistake and explained that I would do whatever I could to help correct the situation, but that I needed a couple of days to handle the details.? Mrs*** bought the Ford Expedition on 7/10/as a Certified Pre-Owned unit.? At the time of the sale, it had 52,miles on it (if we had not sold it as a CPO unit, it would not have had any warranty at all, because the factory warranty would have expired in or at 36,miles).? Since it was a CPO unit, it qualified for the certified warranty to be upgraded from a basic power train of years or 125,miles to a premium care warranty.? The ***s chose to do the premium care warranty which started from the very first day the vehicle was put into service, or bought brand new.? The warranty start date was 9/28/which, being a year warranty, would expire on 9/28/2016.? Because the person who handled the financing and warranty is no longer here, I am not able to get an explanation from him.? Therefore, I tried to explain to Mrs*** that I was willing to GIVE her a policy for years or 36,miles worth of coverage.? I asked her how many miles were on the vehicle and she said approximately 98,000.? With the extra policy we were going to give her she would then have years or mileage of 134,??" which is 9,more miles than the original agreement at the time of purchase.? I began to explain to Mrs*** what I needed to do to get this policy completed and put into effect and she hung up on me.? At that point, I explained to Ms*** that I would not be calling Mrs*** back because of her rudeness in hanging up on me (which she acknowledged in her statement).? We have explained that we were willing to offer the additional warranty to the ***s, but cannot help them if they are going to hang up and not talk to us.? *** ***, General Sales Manager ??" *** Ford
