Took the car into Hyundai Perryville multiple times for same problem which was a bad transmission that they replaced twice and also didn't complete the job properly and I had to take it to another dealer. In between replacing the transmission twice in approximately a 3month period they charged me for a new battery, I had to pay for a rental car and towing fees which I should have never incurred since the battery clearly wasn't the problem. The car never had an issue of not starting. The oil company told me the Transmission and Oil were leaking, the oil was previously changed By Perryville Hyundai. After they replaced the transmission for the 2nd time it was still leaking in my garage and I ended up taking it an hour away to Rosen Hyundai who told me the transmission was over filled and the new issue I had of something rolling back and forth in the engine was a bolt that the mechanic at Perryville left on the Cowl. This is a short summary of what happened over 4 visits to get the car fixed, not that i'm convinced it is since we can't go anywhere right now.
My parents bought a car in Sept 2019 and has had nothing but problems with it. They were having *** work on it until it was too expensive- brake job within weeks of purchasing the car, leaking oil cooling housing a couple weeks later. The originally wanted 1900 to the oil cooling housing, they already paid $380 for the brake job. They noticed the brakes weren’t feeling right, they were going to the floor to stop the car.
We didn’t trust *** anymore and we found another mechanic to see what they wanted to repair the oil cooling housing and check the brakes.
While checking out on the brakes they discovered oil mixed in with the brake fluid. *** was the only company working on the car. *** was the only ones that could have mixed the oil in the brake fluid. My parents paid $630 to replace the brakes system so they were safe.
The master cylinder and abs pump had to be replaced. They had the oil cooling housing for almost half of what *** wanted. After all this work, still having problems. Only had the car 5 months.
The sales person “Thank You” couldn’t careless told my Dad he couldn’t help him. Jason tried and refunded the brake job money - he admitted they should have caught that before they sold the car - but considering that brake job cost them over $600 - Im not impress - going to make a formal complaint with the Corporate *** just to see where that takes me.
To whom it may concern:Thank you for your letter dated January 29, 2020 addressing
the concerns of Ms. SPlease find attached the Buyers Order, Buyers Guide and
the Pre-Auction Cars acknowledgement all signed by the customer.Mr. H purchased a 6 year old vehicle with 124,000
miles on it. This vehicle came with the
state mandated 15 days or 500 miles implied warranty as described on the Buyers
Guide which Mr. H acknowledged with his signature. Additionally, Mr. H acknowledged this
vehicle was a Pre-Auction Vehicle by his signature on that form.Mr. H was quite aware of the vehicle he was buying
and that a 6 year old vehicle with 124,000 miles on it is not a perfect vehicle
and there may be some repairs that need to be done. He was not sold a lemon as Ms. S
states. He was sold a 2013 ***
Cruze with 124,000 miles on it. As Ms.
S*** stated in her complaint, we did refund the repair work done on December
5, 2019, 3 months after the vehicle was purchased. This was done in an effort to assist Mr.
H*** when there was no obligation to do so.We take great pride in taking care of our customers and
we did that with Mr. H. Should you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.Thank you!David ***Controller
customer service is a joke! Only bring your vehicle here if you want it to leave in worse condition than when you brought it in, and don’t expect and them to take any responsibility for the damage is done while servicing your vehicle.
They are liars, will never look at or think about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again. Found a F150 online that had some modifications done to it for a very good price, almost too good to be true. When I went in to purchase the truck I was hit with a much higher price tag than the online price. The sales woman proceeded to lay out all the numbers to us and all of the numbers did not match and weren't even close to the listing online, to the total of about $14,000 more. I told the sales woman that this was false advertisement and they were basically lying to their customers. She didn't even bat an eye when I said that and just said that they weren't falsely advertising the truck, even though they were, and that they hadn't done anything wrong. She told me the listing online was for a basic model truck with no modifications even though the ad had the mods listed and had pictures of the truck with the mods. She told me that when they put the vehicles online all they do is put in the VIN number of the vehicle and they cant put in any of the extras, even though the extras were already listed. I had the print out from the online listing with me and she wouldn't even acknowledge the difference. Didn't even ask what we could do to make the sale, just didn't care at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere and never dealing with these crooks. I guess its true what they say about car salesman, they are the lowest of the lowest sm around.
It does not helping any
3rd repeat loyality customer however I found *** of *** got us best 1st new customer and best service I ever had !
We have been a customer for several years and we have previously given this dealership's service department high ratings.
Our 2017 *** Explorer with 28,000 miles has been in the service department on four occasions related to the transmission which this dealership cannot properly repair.
The first time was in October for 8 days to repair the transmission.
The second time in April for 11 days to repair the transmission.
The third time in May for 5 days to repair the transmission.
The fourth time is now occurring in June for a new leak related to the transmission.
We are very disappointed, what a waste of time!
To whom it may concern:Thank you for informing us of Mr. M frustration.
We have reached out to Mr. M and informed him that the part required to repair his vehicle is currently on back order and as soon as we receive the part his car will be repaired. Upon completion of the repair he will be contacted.

To whom it may concern:
Thank you for informing us of Mr. M continued frustration.
We have kept Mr. M informed as to the repair status of his vehicle. All repairs have been completed with the exception of the case which is on National Back Order with no estimated time of arrival. All the repairs have been done under the Manufacturer’s warranty at no cost to Mr. M and the same will be done when the case arrives.
We continue to work with *** Motor Company to resolve Mr. M issues and will notify him when the part arrives and his vehicle is completed.
Thank you!
Dave
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 13636685, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I was told I received, as well as paid for a tire rotation, along with my routine oil change . Little did ford know that I fill a slow leak in one of my tires every two days. The low tire pressure signal came on a day after the rotation occurred and the tire that was low was in the same spot that it was prior to the rotation. I called to report that I paid for a rotation and did not receive it and the lady on the other end made a comment that it was only three dollars and wanted to know when I could come back in for rotation. I haven't received a callback from any manager.
