Supposed to repair roof. Incomplete job and poor quality causing further damage.
Contractor was supposed to repair roof from storm damage. Has not completed work. Quality of work performed was poor causing further damages. Water is now leaking into home and electrical fixtures. There has been no contact with company prior to work or during work process. I've called to complain. Stated the would complete work following week. Nice weather for four days and "no show" and no call from company.
Finish the roofing job and repair additional damage caused by poor quality work with no charge to me.
We are attempting to resolve this issue with the homeowner. When our contractor, B Beaver, went to start the work he was asked by the homeowner to leave. Since this complaint was filed our project manager, C Bowles, has stopped by the house twice and made multiple phone calls with no response from the owner. We will attempt to make contact again on Monday.
I just read the response. TOTAL LIES! I am retired so I'm home working on several repair projects. The only time Anderson roofing was at my property, they were supposed to be at ***. When they found out they were at the wrong address, the workers left, went next door and repaired the roof there. My video surveillance has a 2 TB backup drive with 6 months saved to the cloud. Video and phone records will prove C Bowers has not been to my property of called me. Bad business to lie rather than make the money!

Per our conversation with Mr. this issue has been resolved. The job has been completed to his satisfaction. He has paid us in full for the work that we completed.
An individual, from Anderson Contracting, stopped by my home and stated he was working out of town. This person was present during the initial assessment of work. He stated, upon his return to Albany, he noticed my name was still on the board for completion . He stopped by to evaluate project progress. He asked if I had heard anything and I told him I hadn't spoke to anyone since the day he was here initially. He stated he would have a crew here within the next 48 hours. He apologized but he kept his word. The crew showed up and did an excellent, professional job. I told him I initially wanted Anderson to handle all storm related repairs, even if they had to subcontract the work but I hadn't heard anything from anyone. I had all the money from Allstate plus additional funds from the SBA to cover the hurricane and flood damage so Anderson was missing out on tens of thousands, possibly. I, continue to hire other contractors and do some repairs with agency workers. It is my opinion the issue were the result on one individual, "C***", and not Anderson Roofing and Contracting, as a company. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
